Guarantee / Complaint
We care about our products and try our hardest to deliver them in the best possible condition. Unfortunately, an order may get damaged during transportation. In that case (and other similar cases), you have the right to claim a warranty. Legally speaking, you are required to report the product's deficiency to us within two months after finding it. If this fits within the warranty, we will repair or replace the product, free of charge.
Sometimes, things don't go according to plan. We are human - and unfortunately, we make mistakes sometimes. In case that happens, we promise to fix the issue as soon as possible. If you find you are unhappy with your order, or a mistake has occurred, please contact us so we can find a suitable solution through a personal consultation.
If this does not lead to a suitable solution, you can report the dispute for mediation at Stichting WebwinkelKeur through https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil/dispute/. Since February 15th, 2016, it's possible for costumers in the EU to report your complaints through the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform of the European Commission. The ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet processing anywhere else, you are free to deposit your complaint through the platform of the European Union.
