Guarantee / Complaint
We care about our products and are doing our utmost best to to deliver them in the best possible condition. Unfortunately it may occur that an order breaks during transportation, or something else that causes your right to claim warranty. Legally speaking, your are required to report the product's deficiency to us within two months after finding it. If the deficiency fits within the warranty, we will repair or replace the product free of charge.
It might occur something does not go as planned. We are human - unfortunately we make mistakes sometimes. In case that happens, however, we promise to rectify our mistakes with great haste. If you find something you are unhappy with or that is a mistake in your order, please contact us so we can find a suitable solution in a personal consultation.
If this does not lead to a suitable solution, you can report the dispute for mediation at Stichting WebwinkelKeur through https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil/dispute/. Since February 15th 2016, it is possible for costumers in the EU to report your complaints through the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform of the European Commission. The ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet in process anywhere else, you are free to deposit your complaint through the platform of the European Union.
